We charge fixed fees. Before any work starts we agree with you what we will do and confirm the fee in writing, so you know the cost of our work in advance and it does not change unless your case changes.
Consultations
Standalone consultations are charged at a fixed fee, usually from £250 plus VAT, depending on your circumstances and how complex the matter is. They can be in person at our office (by appointment only), by telephone or by video. We look at your circumstances, explain your options and the evidence you would need, and tell you what we would charge for the work. If you go on to instruct us on the same matter, we deduct the consultation fee from our fixed fee. How our consultations work.
Every enquiry is read first by our front office, who pass it to the consultants and solicitors who handle that kind of case. Request a consultation.
Our fixed fees
The fee for your case depends on the route and how complex it is, for example how many family members are applying and how much evidence there is. Most clients pay within these ranges.

VAT
The fees above do not include VAT. VAT at 20% is added where it applies, which is usually when you live in the UK, for example for extensions, settlement and citizenship applications. Applications by clients who live outside the UK are often outside the scope of UK VAT. We confirm whether VAT applies when we quote.
What our fee includes
- Advice on the route, the requirements and your options.
- A list of the documents and evidence you need, prepared for your circumstances.
- Checking your documents and advising on anything missing or weak.
- Completing the application form and preparing a covering letter to the Home Office that sets out how you meet the rules.
- Submitting the application and helping you book your biometrics appointment.
- Answering Home Office requests for more information and keeping you informed until the decision.
The ranges assume a new application with no previous refusals and no unexpected complications. If more work is needed, we explain why and agree the additional fee with you before doing it.
What is not included
- Appeals, administrative reviews, reconsideration requests and judicial reviews: we quote for these separately.
- Payments to other organisations, known as disbursements (below).
Home Office fees and other costs
These are paid to the Home Office or other organisations, not to us, and are in addition to our fee. Depending on the application they may include:
- the Home Office application fee
- the Immigration Health Surcharge
- priority or super priority service fees, where you choose a faster decision
- fees for the visa application centre or biometrics appointment
- certified translations, English language tests, tuberculosis tests and criminal record certificates
Our visa cost calculator adds up the Home Office fees and the health surcharge for you and your family, and the Home Office fees page lists every fee.
How long it takes
We usually submit an application within 4 to 8 weeks of being instructed, depending on the route and how quickly the documents are ready. Home Office decision times vary by route and are outside our control; for some applications you can pay for a faster decision.
Who will do the work
Your case is handled by one of our solicitors or senior caseworkers and supervised by a partner. You can read about each of them on Meet the team.

What our clients say
Special thank you to Nataliya for helping and guiding me step by step to fulfill the requirements for the application from beginning until I got the visa. My case was quite complicated, however, Nataliya was helping me to give the solution to make it happen.
Celemet was very kind and explained in detail why the initial application got rejected and what the next steps would be. Instead of appealing, we replied with the help of Celemet and his team. Everything was super professional, timely and thorough!
Right from the orientation call on Day 1 till receiving our visa approvals, we had a pleasant and professional experience. Not only were all our queries patiently addressed, but the applications itself were very professionally prepared and extremely thorough.
