Chloe is a consultant solicitor with 20 years' experience of corporate and private immigration law. She is also a Chartered Legal Executive, and she brings to the firm a rare combination of legal and commercial experience.
Before joining Garth Coates Solicitors she spent more than four years in management roles at two "Big Four" accountancy firms, advising multinational companies on the immigration issues affecting their businesses and employees. That background means she understands how businesses work and what they need: clear advice, realistic timescales and as little disruption as possible.
Chloe advises companies of every size, from start-ups to multinationals, on setting up and growing in the UK, including sponsor licences and Skilled Worker visas, and helps their employees and families through the immigration process. She also handles complex private cases for high-net-worth individuals, including partner visas, long residence and adoption, where discretion and care matter as much as legal knowledge.
She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in law from Northumbria University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. She also has a working knowledge of Malay.
