Lupia is an associate solicitor with 11 years' experience of UK immigration work. She qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Garth Coates Solicitors in 2018, and she has become one of the firm's most trusted lawyers for difficult cases.
She acts for private and corporate clients on partner and family applications, human rights claims, long residence, indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation, as well as Innovator Founder, sponsor licence, sponsor compliance and Skilled Worker applications.
