Samantha is a senior consultant who began her career as an OISC-qualified immigration adviser. She has 17 years' experience of immigration law, with cases under almost every immigration category, and she brings that depth of experience to every client she works with.
She advises private clients and multinational UK corporate clients on sponsor licence applications and sponsor compliance, Skilled Worker and UK Expansion Worker visas, and family, settlement and citizenship matters. She has travelled internationally for the firm, helping clients who want to expand their business to the UK, Ireland and EU countries.
A native Korean speaker, Samantha has worked with South Korean government bodies and with South Korean global corporations and businesses. Korean clients value being advised in their own language by someone who understands both their business culture and the UK rules, and she is a key link between the firm and the Korean business community.
She holds a BSc from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is taking a vocational law course at the University of Westminster.
