Nataliya is a solicitor with 18 years of legal experience, the last 8 of them specialising in UK immigration law. She joined Garth Coates Solicitors in 2022 and quickly became a valued member of the team.
She advises on personal and business immigration: visitor and student visas, Innovator Founder applications, family visas, Parent of a Child Student applications and EU citizens' rights, as well as Skilled Worker, sponsor licence and naturalisation applications. She has also helped many people through the Ukraine schemes.
Her long experience in other areas of law before immigration gives her a broad view of each client's situation, and she is known for her careful preparation and attention to detail. Clients from Ukraine and across Eastern Europe value being able to talk through their case in Ukrainian or Russian, and she also has a working knowledge of Polish and Bulgarian.
She holds a law degree from London South Bank University and completed the Legal Practice Course with Commendation at the University of Law.
