Samara is a senior caseworker with 10 years' experience of UK immigration. She joined Garth Coates Solicitors in October 2021 and is a much-valued member of the business immigration team.
She helps corporate and private clients set up businesses and relocate their families to the UK. Her work covers Skilled Worker and Student visas, sponsor licences and sponsor compliance, indefinite leave to remain and nationality applications.
Samara is known for her organisation and attention to detail, which matter a great deal in sponsorship and business cases where a single missing document can delay an application. Mandarin-speaking clients value being able to work with her in their own language, and she makes sure every client understands each step of the process.
She graduated from the University of Reading in 2016 and completed the Legal Practice Course with commendation at the University of Law.
