His extensive casework encompasses a diverse spectrum of immigration categories. Rakesh has demonstrated his expertise in working with Points Based System, Corporate/Business Immigration Law (Investor, Innovator, Start-Up, Entrepreneur, Representative of an Overseas Business), Global Talent, Marriage/Fiancé, Settlement, Nationality/Citizenship, and Human Rights related applications. His proficiency extends to successfully representing clients with Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, and he is adept at dealing with Judicial Review and Appeal cases, consistently demonstrating a high success rate.

His particular field of expertise lies in Corporate/Business Immigration Law. Rakesh’s broad understanding of UK immigration laws, coupled with his insightful ability to discern and address clients’ unique circumstances, allows him to provide innovative solutions to complex immigration issues. He has successfully represented a variety of clients, from global companies and SMEs across various sectors, to high-net-worth individuals.

Rakesh graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Essex in 2019, before achieving a Distinction in his Master of Science in Law, Business, and Management from the University of Law in 2021. This firm academic foundation provides the theoretical bedrock for his practical expertise in handling complex legal cases.
